Prices

The prices of products sold on our site are indicated in Euros, VAT included. For products shipped outside the European Union and/or DOM TOM, prices are automatically calculated tax-excluded on the invoice. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable in some cases. These rights and sums are the responsibility of the buyer.

Credit Card Payment in Installments

Payment for your order in 3 installments by credit card from 100€ of purchases up to 3000€ with Oney Bank Our partner Oney Bank offers a financing solution called 3x Oney, which allows you to pay for your purchases from 100€ to 3000€ in 3 installments with your credit card. Conditions: This offer is reserved for individuals (adult physical persons) residing in France and holding a Visa and Mastercard credit card with a validity date greater than the chosen financing duration. Shipping Costs

Regardless of the number of items ordered, the shipping costs per order are: 8.90€ for metropolitan France (free from 129€) 14.00€ for other EU countries and Switzerland (free from 149€) 40.00€ for overseas departments and territories and the rest of the world. Shipping according to destinations and weight by Colissimo or DHL with a delivery time of 24 to 72 hours, non-contractual. For countries outside the European Union and French overseas territories, the delivery of your package may be subject to the payment of customs duties.

After-Sales Service

In case of a package being damaged or deteriorated during transport, reservations must be made with the carrier or post office and communicated to us within 3 days. All goods are rigorously checked and are subject to very careful packaging. No returns can be made without our prior consent. All returns must be made by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt. In the event of a missing, damaged, or non-conforming item, all claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving the package.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L121.20 of the Consumer Code, the consumer has a period of 14 clear days to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or to pay penalties, except, where applicable, the cost of return.

Guarantees

In accordance with the law, we assume the warranty relating to hidden defects of the products for a period of 2 years. All claims must be made by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
