PRE-ORDER SCHLUMBERGER CSU LOGGING TRUCK (INTERNATIONAL HARVESTER) MINIATURES LYON 1/32
REMEMBER the logging truck of the late 70s and early 80s, the first CSU Truck. 50 years passed within the 100 years of SCHLUMBERGER.
The scale model represents the International Harvester TranStar II 6x4 truck N° 2676, produced in Clamart in 1981 (2600 series), assigned to oil fields in Australia, and today exhibited at the Big Rig Museum in Roma, Queensland Australia.
A representative logging truck marking the breakthrough of CSU in 1976: farewell to wired technologies and welcome to the fully computerized logging era. Remember the epic, the long hours spent day and night in front of the screen.
This project was designed by Jean Yves PERON (Schlumberger Wireline, 1977–1986, mainly South East Asia) and realized by Miniatures - Lyon.
Reproduced very realistically with many details: CSU logging cabin, driver cabin, winches, generator, and accessories (spooler, rigging-up sheaves, reels, logging tool racks, C-plate), as well as truck transmission details.
Dimensions: L 300 mm × W 78 mm × H 109 mm – Limited numbered edition of 250 pieces
